General Security Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the event venue

  • Monitor guest entry and exit points

  • Verify guest lists and manage access control for restricted areas

  • Conduct regular patrols of event grounds, parking lots, and outdoor spaces

  • Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or safety concerns

  • Coordinate with event staff and local authorities as needed

  • Enforce venue rules and safety protocols respectfully and professionally

  • Assist with crowd management and orderly guest movement

  • Provide visible deterrence to potential security risks

  • Support evacuation or emergency procedures if required

    We require a 6-hour reservation service and one guard per 100 guests.

Our professional bartending services keep your event running smoothly while your guests enjoy exceptional service. We provide one experienced bartender per 100 guests to ensure efficient drink service and a great guest experience. We supply all necessary bar tools, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, and setup, so you don’t have to worry about the details—clients simply provide the liquor and ice. Perfect for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all sizes.
